Hotel is located in a beautiful seaside location west of the centre of Zadar, very close to the Marina Borik and several different beaches, great restaurants and bars. The accomodation given in 12 double rooms, 12 junior suites and 3 single rooms will make every guest feel comfortable. Hotel works on the principle of integrated system of „Intelligent Hotels“.

The furniture in the hotel is made of massive cherry wood in Biedermeier style. The furniture is hand made and upon measure for each room.The floor is covered by a Bringhton carpet that amortized noise. There is a telephone in every room, including the bathroom, an electronic minibar, an Internet connection, a safe, a balcony, a fire alarm sensor and a S.O.S. system in the bathrroom.

The entire hotel is air-conditioned. Guests can choose their own room temperature, with a plus or minus of 3 degrees but for higher changes the reception desk must be informed. There  is possibility of having different temperatures in the room and in the bathroom.. Upon entering the room a side light turns on. Once the key-card is inserted all the functions in the room are activated (electricity, air-condition…) and therefore upon extracting the card all functions are disactivated.

The bathrooms are in granite with shower cabin doors made of blown crystal. Every bathroom has its accessories (soap, shampoo, body lotion, bathing cap, hair fan).All that is used can be biologically dissolved.  

The restaurant is equipped with furniture made from massive cherry wood. Its walls are decorated with copies of pictures (oil on canvas) by English painters from the 18th century. The restaurant has 10 tables and 62 sitting places. The glass cupola over the largest table in the resturant will draw the attention of every guest. It is made of cut glass and the portrait of Vivaldi is engraved on the glass cupola. The table is circled by glass barriers framed with cherry wood. Vivaldi's notes of his „Four Seasons“ are engraved on the glass.The tableware is made of the finest porcelain „Bauscher“ and the cutlery is 90% silver.
